Pre-Booking Questions

Email, Chat and WhatsApp are most effective ways to contact us, within office hours (Mon - Fri 09:00am - 05:00pm) as our response rates are very quick and there are no busy dialing tones. Note: We're operating at reduced hours due to the impact the coronavirus pandemic has had on our team. We hope to be back to full operating hours, 7 days a week as soon as possible.

Booking is simple and there are several ways to do it.

  • Book online using our Fast booking system and Secure payment facility.
  • Call us and one of our representatives will take your booking. Unfortunately, due to working from home in line with the current government guidance, we do not have access to our telephone lines to take bookings from home.

With pre booking a parking space, you will make a huge saving as our prices are 70% cheaper than the gate price. You also have the peace of mind that a parking space is reserved to make sure the start of your holiday smoothly.

Gate price means paying on the day of departure or onsite payment these prices are up to 70% higher than the pre booked prices.

Yes and make sure to print of your booking confirmation email or ensure you have it fully visible on your phone to take with you to the service provider.

Yes, a booking cannot be processed without email address or contact number, we required your email address to send booking confirmation and your mobile number is required for all meet and greet bookings for the service provider to contact you.
